Delivery and Returns
Free Standard Delivery on orders upto £84.99. Standard orders are shipped using Small Parcel Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class delivery. The delivery will require a signature on receipt of the item.
Items should be received within 3-5 days after order completion.
Orders made after 3pm will be shipped the following business day Monday - Friday.
Orders made on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be shipped on the next working day.
First Class delivery and Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm are available and can be chosen at checkout.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the unused Pro Packer Essential Backpacking Kit to us within 14 days of receipt.
The box must not be damaged and the individual items must not have been used and must be in the original undamaged packaging otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department.
To ensure we process your return and refund as quickly as possible, please follow the procedure below.
1. Email Sales@propacker.co.uk with a full explanation of the reason for returning the goods. The email must include the order number in the subject box and the name and address used at point of order within the email.
2. Post the Parcel to us
Re-package the parcel using strong packaging and ensure it is sealed securely.
Take the parcel to your local Post Office and request a proof of postage. Without this, you will be unable to make a claim, should the parcel go missing. (Please note: Pro Packer Limited will not be liable for lost returns.) We strongly recommend sending the parcel back to us using our standard postage method; Small Parcel Royal Mail Signed For 2nd class postage.
Please allow up to 14 working days for action of your return after it has been received.
